Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling – Review

The Legend

I couldn’t find much on Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling. They opened their “brewstillery” in 2010, and they have four expressions that they offer: a bourbon, a single malt, a rye and a white dog. They’ve also won a few American Craft Spirits awards. Looks like their legend is still being forged in the annals of time.

Final Thoughts

At first I thought this sip was all over the place. There were notes that were trying to be something that they weren’t, so I set it aside for a bit. After coming back to it, it turned out to be quite an interesting sip that has to open up a bit before the notes shine through. A few drops water brings out a bit smokiness like chili or roasted pepitas.

Overall: 🥃🥃🥃
