The Balvenie Caribbean Cask 14yr – Review

The Legend

Started in 1892, The Balvenie released its first bottle in 1971, and the rest, as they say, is history. Or in our case, the beginning of the legend of The Balvenie. Popular releases from the distillery include Doublewood aged 12 years and Single Barrel aged 15 years. The Balvenie attributes the unique character of their whisky to their legend of the “Five Rare Crafts”: home-grown barley, traditional floor maltings, their copper stills, their on site copperage and their on site coppersmith. The Balvenie continues to release delightful expressions of single malt scotch whisky.
